Please read the following Terms and Conditions carefully before entering Rune Sauna.

By accessing or using our facilities, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not proceed with using our services.

Facility Usage

• Sauna usage may not be suitable for individuals with certain health conditions. It is advised that individuals with heart conditions, high or low blood pressure, respiratory issues, diabetes, or any other medical concerns consult a healthcare professional before using the sauna.
• Pregnant women or individuals under the influence of alcohol or drugs should refrain from using the sauna.
•  Users must notify the staff of any existing health conditions or concerns before using the facility.

• Users are responsible for their personal belongings. The facility will not be held liable for any loss, theft, or damage to personal items.
• Users must respect the facility and its equipment. Any deliberate damage caused by a user will result in liability for repair or replacement costs.
• Users must adhere to the sauna etiquette at all time. Failure to do so may result in restricted access to the facility.

• Users must conduct themselves in a responsible and respectful manner. Any behavior that is deemed abusive, offensive, or threatening towards staff or other users will not be tolerated and may result in immediate removal from the facility.
• Users must comply with all safety instructions provided by the staff and displayed within the facility and on our website.
• Alcohol, illegal substances, and smoking are strictly prohibited within the sauna premises.

• The facility will not be held responsible for any injuries, accidents, or damages that occur as a result of the use of the sauna or its facilities.
• Users acknowledge that sauna usage involves inherent risks, including but not limited to dehydration, heat-related illnesses, or allergic reactions to sauna materials, and they assume full responsibility for their participation.
• Users release the facility, its owners, staff, and affiliates from any liability arising from the use of the facility.

• All Person using the harbour as a cold plunge acknowledge that swimming is at their own risk and assume full responsibility for any assciated hazards or accidents.
• Rune Sauna will not be held liable for any injuries, damages, or incidents that occur during swimming activities. Users are advised to exercise caution and adhere to all safety guidelines while swimming.
• Rune Sauna advises all the users to swim responsible and follow the rules and introductions of the responsible lifeguards, if operating.
• Listen to your body. If you decide to swim in the Baltic Sea, you do so at your own risk. Remember that it’s public, so there will be other swimmers. Watch out for anybody else. We remind you that by using the swim area you are leaving the Rune Sauna premises, committing to the “Kieler Bäder” or any other operators rules and confirming their conditions.

• Prior booking through our homepage or any other possible device is required.
• The Sauna is desgined for a maximum capacity of 15 guests. If that number is reached, it will be signed as booked out.
• You can cancel a reservation up to 2 hours before the start of the booked session.
• In case of cancellation in that timeframe, you receive any money which was payed for the cancelled booking within the next 7 workdays.

Booking Conditions for Hansefit Members

Deposit Fee and Booking Code

•  All Hansefit Members are allowed to book one seat for a Drop-In Session per day for free.
• To do so, a deposit fee of €15 is required. 
• After paying the deposit fee, Hansefit members will receive a booking code, which they can use to reserve their seats for the desired drop-in session. 
• every HanseFit member is allowed to book one drop-in session per day free of charge, any further bookings on the same day have to be privately paid for.

 Check-In on-site

• Hansefit members must use the Hansefit App to scan the Hansefit QR-Code independently at their arrival at the sauna.
• Staff are authorized to verify the Hansefit QR code and the booking confirmation on-site. 
  

Now shows or Missing QR-Code Check-In

• If a Hansefit member can't make it to a reserverd session they have the chance to cancel or reschedule their booking within our cancellation conditions.
• If a Hansefit Member a) fails to cancel or reschedule their session and doesn't show up or b) does not scan the Hansfeit QR code at their arrival, the Rune Sauna UG (haftungsbeschränkt) will make use of the right to witheld the €15 deposit fee and invalidate the personal booking code of the member.
• This right will also be used if the member doesn't obide by any other rules, terms or conditions he agreed to.
• To reactivate the booking code another deposit fee need to be paied. The member then will get a new booking code.
  

Cancellation of registration and refund of the deposit fee

• To cancel the Hansefit registration you have to send and e-mail to info@runesauna.de and tell your name and your booking code.
• The booking code will consequently be invaliated.
• The deposit fee will be refunded automatically within 14 days after proper cancellation of the Hansefit registration. 
• For any issues regarding refunds, Hansefit members are requested to contact info@runesauna.de. 
  

Responsibility of Hansefit Members

•  Hansefit members are responsible for ensuring that they complete their bookings correctly and scan the Hansefit QR code on-site. 
• Sharing the booking code with third parties is prohibited. Rune Sauna reserves the right to withhold the deposit fee and reject future bookings in cases of misuse. 
  

• The facility reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate services, facilities, or these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
• Users will be bound by the updated Terms and Conditions upon publication.
